We often get asked if we cater. The answer is YES! Our typical catering with our staff present is for events for 100+ people. If you have a smaller event or do not need our staff present, we can deliver the food for a fee or have your order ready for pick up at our localion.

 

We offer the following meats for our catering events: sliced brisket, sausage, turkey, chicken,

pork loin, pork tenderloin, ham, pulled pork,
pork ribs, beef ribs and prime rib

 

We offer the following sides for our catering events:

potato salad, coleslaw, corn on the cob, beans, sweet creamed corn or cornbread

To confirm a catering, half of the order's total is required as a deposit to secure your date. Payment in full is due one week before the catering. Final counts are also due at that time.
