We smoke all of our meats fresh
every day! All of our sides are made fresh and from scratch too!
Our fresh smoked meats are served in half pound incriments. Daily we have sliced brisket, pulled pork, and ribs.
We also offer pork loin, prime rib and pulled brisket as preorder items with 3-5 pound minimums depending on the item.

Along with our meats by the half pound, we also offer pulled pork and pulled brisket sandwiches. Both are super juicy and are recommended "sauce optional" because of their flavor and juciness.
We also have scratch-made potato salad and coleslaw. We also have chili spiced beans which are not from a can, but rather they are soaked each night and boiled fresh each day. We have the best cornbread around too! People just love it!
Join us for our weekday buffet Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. We offer a nice variety of smoked meats and scratch-made warm and cold sides. Check our Facebook page each day around 10:30 a.m. for our daily buffet menu options.
